Sustainable

Snapperfarm obtains fingerlings (juvenile fish) from ultra-modern marine hatcheries and stocks them in submersible cages, where they are fed high quality diets containing sustainable ingredients. In less than a year, Culebran Cobia™ are ready for harvest. Snapperfarm raises and harvests Culebran Cobia™ at low densities in a humane and low stress process.

Healthy

Among sustainable seafood, Culebran Cobia™ has some of the highest levels of essential, heart healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.
